AIMS is recruiting a Research Scientist - Marine Biogeochemistry to focus on measuring and modelling the flow of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous and other important elements through marine biota, sediments and waters to better understand how rates of nutrient flux and storage respond to different environmental drivers and pressures on tropical marine ecosystems.
The candidate should have a PhD and equivalent postdoctoral experience in Geology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Ecosystem Modelling or related field, coupled with experience in applying theoretical and empirical approaches to understand nutrient fluxes in aquatic ecosystems.
Applications close 17/07/2022, more information can be found on the AIMS website: Research Scientist – Marine Biogeochemistry | AIMS
